The initial assessment revealed the importance of incorporating grab rails and ensuring accessibility as a key consideration for our client’s needs. With this in mind, our team embarked on a comprehensive plan to transform the existing bathroom into a more spacious, functional, and accessible area.

The first step involved removing the dividing wall between the bathroom and the separate toilet, effectively expanding the floor space. This strategic decision allowed us to create a seamless transition between the two areas, optimizing accessibility and enhancing the overall flow of the space.
To further enhance accessibility, we installed a wider cavity slider, facilitating easy entry and exit into the newly expanded bathroom area. This simple yet effective addition greatly improves maneuverability, particularly for individuals with mobility challenges.
The centerpiece of the renovation was the creation of a large walk-in shower, spanning the entire width of the bathroom. By relocating the shower to the previous toilet space, we maximized available space while creating a luxurious and spacious shower area. This thoughtful redesign not only improves accessibility but also adds a touch of elegance to the overall aesthetic.

To maximize storage and utility, we installed a recessed mirrored tallboy, providing ample space for toiletries and other essentials. Furthermore, the addition of an LED recessed mirrored shaving cabinet adds both practicality and style to the bathroom, offering additional storage and enhancing visibility during grooming routines.
